Tiffany Etterling

Tiffany Etterling is a seasoned entrepreneur, leadership developer, and Principal Chair with C12 Borderplex (El Paso, Las Cruces, and Albuquerque). C12 is the world’s largest network of Christian CEOs and business owners. She leads C12 Forums across West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and Albuquerque — guiding leaders toward healthier businesses, deeper faith, and greater purpose.

Before stepping into her role as a C12 Chair, Tiffany spent more than two decades building and scaling companies across industries. She has led marketing agencies, driven major growth initiatives in ecommerce and real estate development, and built systems that transformed operations and strengthened leadership teams. Her work is known for its clarity, strategy, and deeply relational approach — helping organizations grow while cultivating cultures marked by trust and excellence.

As a fourth-generation El Pasoan, Tiffany carries the entrepreneurial spirit of her family along with a deep love for her region. She has served the community through multiple board roles and has spent much of her career mentoring leaders — encouraging them not just in business, but in life and faith. Her leadership is grounded in Scripture, especially Psalm 27:13–14, which continually teaches her to trust God’s timing and remain steadfast in every season.

Today, Tiffany’s greatest joy is helping Christian CEOs lead with integrity, develop strong teams, and discover how their businesses can become platforms for eternal impact. She lives in El Paso with her husband, Tommy, and their sons, Wesley and Miles, who share her passion for ministry and adventure.
